The Region 21 Arrangers Development
Program is
dedicated to the following efforts:
• To encourage interest in arranging barbershop music.
• To educate aspiring
arrangers in the techniques used in
creating strong barbershop arrangements.
• To increase the number
of creative, knowledgeable
arrangers in Region 21 who will go on to teach and
mentor future aspiring arrangers.
• To provide a source
for feedback and information as
needed on the path to IMAP (International Music
Education Program) acceptance.
